That made me smile Magnum:) Thank you.

The least I could do, since you've made me smile a couple of time too :)

OK,

I'll admit it.........I can't visit Lisa's site without playing with that little "Lisa Luvlie Mousetail" for at least five minutes!

Who else will admit their addiction?

Geocities does strange things to my pc. Some of the sites work, some won't load pictures. I was able to get on your home page but when I went to the gallery everything froze up. You're too pretty I guess, and my hard drive freezes before the ram can catch up.

I'm sorry it does that to your PC, and thinking about it...yahoo does have its issues:(...Again, if you need any info, or just want to check out my pics...I should even have new ones soon...just send me an e-mail.

Kisses,
LL

Geocities pages have a lot of scripting in the pages and more "server generated" scripts for advertising and data mining. That's  a source of problems, especially if your browser isn't up to date. I took a quick look at the page source and noticed one script that parses browser type and sends MSIE and Opera to a bgsounds tag. (others to an embed tag) If your browser is an outdated version of MSIE then it could stall trying to run the scripting for the background MIDI file. The best thing to do is update (or upgrade, if necessary) your browser. Short term, you could go to Tools/Internet Options, click the Advanced tab and scroll down to Multimedia and uncheck the "Play sounds in web pages" box. See if that works. (A short-term solution, and possibly a useful diagnostic tool!) Don't forget to re-check it after you view her pages. Everything on that page, pics, sounds are displayed using scripting, whatever happened to simple HTML written in notepad? It could be any of the multimedia scripts, but I suspect it's the MIDI files that are stalling your browser. The best solution is to upgrade your browser, but it wouldn't hurt if she had a no-background sound option. I am self-taught in HTML, and only for creating my own hobby pages, so I'm a little over my head here, but I think I understand what's going on. It is easy to automate web page creation using scripting, but the resulting pages can cause instability if the viewing browsers aren't equipped for the latest technology. The good thing is that it's easy to upgrade: Tools/Windows Update in MSIE. Good luck!
