What's the best way to suprise a really hot provider on your first meeting ?   Any suggestions ?

Show up clean and be respectful???  Just kidding, I am sure we all are....

Flowers are always nice. If you know her size lingerie is always good, as is a nice bottle of wine or a box of nice chocolates.
Some of the nicest gifts I have gotten are nice cards with gift certificates inside. Then I can use it to buy sexy lingerie and on our next meeting I would model what I bought.

As much as a lady might enjoy a gift of more substance, I like to believe that little things can be just as touching...clips for her hair that reminded me of the ones that she always wears...a bottle of her favorite something that she told me she can't find anymore...or even just a bowl of M&M's because she told me before that she liked them so much! Obviously this doesn't work on the first visit because you have to know something about the lady. I hope this shows the lady that I take the time to listen to her and remember.

Of course, I know she wouldn't mind a diamond bracelet either

it s always nice to have that thought ,  as for the gift it s the thought that really count s  not the gift  , it   always nice  to bring single rose  with nice bottle of red wine   to share together when  getting to know each other   , other things that i have  get was really nice  one guy bring to me is basket full of body lotions and massage oil and bobble baths that during our session get to use   ,  thirsty  Like your ideas sweetie when you do get to know them  then you know what they like

I've had good luck with things that are small and practical.

Especially for a traveler who will have no use for certain things at the end of her trip...  or not want to have a lot of bulkier items to pack and bring back.

And, if you get a gift certificate, buy it with cash.  
Never know who will see receipt or feel inclined to trace the serial number.

Like was said before, it's a lot better after you meet for the first time because you know what she likes, her personality...
or if she'd even appreciate gifts at all.
