As I sit back here and read some of these posts I just had to respond.(Usually hate falme war)  I have to say that I saw points to everyone's comments, but I think it is fair to say that attacking someone's intelligence or honesty is quite childish and makes me think the person attacking is really questioning their own intelligence, as far as deleting emails it was a common MISTAKE, a human
error which I thought we all were....HUMAN... as one of my friend said and  all my client know  I  DO THINK CRYSTAL IS HOT SHIT (love you bab) and one thing she is very honest woman in everything she does and give 110% in service. . I say this for my self  I Will delet any email that s rude  or have any refer in any way to cod or anything in that line or if the guy give me hard time for the info  i will reply the best I CAN but if he keep on trying to do that i will at the end delet it and i think that goes for most providers at least what i know of . As I saw in another post it
said lets just have fun and not take things so seriously, I think that is
the best advice I have seen here.
