Dear Sirs,

One of the ladies that works for us, Rosanna, had several reviews and during the last couple months I have been trying to fix a problem on her profile. The URL points to an old, tentative, advertising we had with CityVibe a long time ago, no longer updated, no longer wanted. I requested it to point to her page on our web site (link provided below) and my requests were ignored.

I used the button to report problems and sent messages many times without any results. TER does not offer a number to call or any other means to contact someone and fix it. Can someone tell me who to contact, or how to get it fixed?

I'm sorry if that's not a matter for this discussion board, but I don't know of any other place to post my question and get answers.

Best regards,

Milton

Just wondering, is she still in Boston or did she move to your other location already?

Hi Greenbear92,

She is visiting our location in Tampa, Florida, for one more week. She will be back in Boston December 8th.

Thank you

Milton

You will need to contact cityvibe, directly. From there, they can take off their link, which in turn, TER will be able to put your direct link into your TER profile. I know of this, for this had happened to me before. I just tried to locate a number for Cityvibe on their website, and I couldn't find one (they had a number that was located in Los Angeles, I believe that was the location)for you to call them. You may want to try emailing them at:  [email protected]. If they don't respond, you might want to try doing an ISO a phone number on the general discussion board, for their contact number. I hope this helps you out.

Mel :)

You must pursue this through cityvibe. TER has a reciprocal agreement with Cityvibe. If the lady has an ad on cityvibe, TER will link her profile to that ad. You must get cityvibe to remove the ad.

Here's a link to an old thread explaining the matter.

Believe me..they wont change it..I called and called and wrote..and they recieve some sort of kick back for the cross traffic..they wont be upfront about it..they have done it to tons and tons of providers....

Everyone who has read the boards some months ago, knew what I went through with Cityvibe. They were actually very nice about it, when I had called them. They took it right down, after I hung up the phone with them. So, it can work.. ;)

You are lucky..they refused..totally refused to take mine down..they laughed " saying something like you know how many hits we got from you..then proceeded to try and charge me for the ad..It became way too stressful I am too busy..and it gets me all fired up thinking about it..mabye the person in charge of the East coast territory was nicer than the person who handles Las Vegas and LA...good for you I wish I could have gotten the same results:)
