Good morning everyone,

I would like to talk a little bit about references.

If you need one from me I am more that willing to give you one,(provided you are a regular client and not someone who used the service once 6 years ago.)I would appreciate it if you called me and asked if that would be ok before you do it though.

If you use me as a reference, I expect you to be on your best behavior when you see the lady. Read her website thoroughly and if you have any questions, speak to her about them.  I do know a lot of people, but not everyone so please do not ask me if she is good and will you like her and if you should see her. Do your homework and read her reviews, my god I have a hard enough time trying keeping track of my own girls and their reviews, I don't have time to read someone else's just to see if she is someone you would like!!

Now for the kicker, the last few references I gave did not act appropriately when visiting other ladies.. One of you was rude and over stayed your welcome, one of you did a no show/ no call and the last one shorted a provider 100.00!! This is not acceptable behavior!!!

If you mistreat any provider especially when I gave you a glowing recommendation, you will no longer be welcome at RSG period! (I don't care that you have been a good client for ten years with us, it is unacceptable!) You wouldn't dare get away with that behavior with me, why do you think it is acceptable with an indy? I realize times are tough right now, so if you can't afford her rates, don't see her. To short a well known well reviewed provider is so wrong! Just because she took a reference from me doesn't mean she will give you the same rates we have!

So in closing if I tell a lady that you are Ok and nice, I expect you to act appropriately.

Ok, that is my rant for the day, now everyone go out and have fun!

are great.  So much better than the old ones.  The new ones really show how sexy she is rather than her old "Cousin It" photo that was mainly her hair.

She just had those done a few days ago, and I couldn't wait to get them up! I hated the old ones (and I took them) lol!

I think Samantha's came out great and I like Lana's as well even though hers are not professional.

Mia and Sherri are next on the list to have them done.

Jill is so right I'm so glad that this lovely lady is looking out for us I'm going to be a indy soon and I'm glad she's on are side because we are out here trying to provide a service so that everyone well be happy in the end. She is so right a very busy lady with a caring heart. So when you ask her for something she's alway's there to help you in anyway she can and we need to respect her in all matters.And all I have to say is Thank You so much for your Luv and Caring Heart Your One Hell Of A Lady
