Used them once, I believe it was Sylvia.  Pics were great, but in person she was not as nice.  She performed, but was burned out because she had too many appointments that day.

I will say that the guy on the phone was very professional.  Don't know if this helps, but I would probably consider using them again if the reviews were positive.
