You can say what you will, but I still trust TER more when going to another city I don't know. I'd rather go to TER and find a good local than go to any other source first. Of course, it is usually the case that several different sources of info are collectively used.
I find CL to be filled full a bunch of garbage. I've seen your postings and they are about the only obviously legit ones... so I'm not suprised you do well there.. You're competition on that site is seemingly WEAK on how they present themselves and their credibility.
You can say what you want about the QUALITY OF THE ADS AND PROVIDERS found at each of these 3 sources. Sure CL is becoming clogged with junk. The newspapers (ie Phoenix) have always been clogged and Eros has its fair share of scams.
However, when it comes to the QUALITY OF THE HOBBYISTS who use each of these 3 sources there is no comparison. The hobbyists on CL are far and away the best. I've run ads at all 3 places and CL callers are much more generous and reliable than Eros and Phoenix callers. For me, free ads on CL have always accounted for 5 times as much business as Eros and overpriced newspapers.
So, thanks CL hobbyists, you are the best. I'm sorry CL is becoming such a dump but don't give up. Hopefully they'll clean it up or add a pay section soon.
