In recognition of the increased activity in the TER Boston chat room over the past few weeks, Staff would like to give Boston TER BASIC members an opportunity to join us in the TER chat rooms.

As you may know, the TER Lounge is available to the entire TER community. However, to access the TER city chat rooms, you must have a VIP membership. Although the chat rooms are available 24/7, the next scheduled chat in the Boston room is Tuesday, January 13th @ 8:00 P.M.

For any Boston BASIC member who would like to join us next Tuesday, Staff has offered to give you 5 DAYS FREE VIP access. Between now and January 13th, (don't wait until the last minute! send an email to

Include your TER username in the email and ask for access to the Boston chat on Tuesday January 13th.

Between Vashtor's homemade wine and all the local ladies, the TER Boston chat room should be the HOTTEST place in Boston that night!

You'll get it. They're probably just backed up with requests. You'll still get 5 days so even if it doesn't upgrade until tomorrow or the next day, you'll just have extra days after the chat. Give it another day and let me know if you haven't been upgraded to VIP.

I received an email response "All set" to my request for the VIP upgrade, yet I still only have basic membership.  Are they going to activate the 5 day VIP membership on a certain date?

As far as I'm concerned, it's instant access. I'll check with Staff.

What about the members that have a VIP membership. Do we get an additional 5 days extending our membershit once it comes to an end?

I requested the upgrade on the 9th... got an email back saying that I was all set, but when I opened my email this morning, I had another email from admin saying that the 5 day pass had expired... I'm so confused. I hope that they can fix it back so I'm at the chat tomorrow night
