Depends on the boob job I guess. I know a provider that had breast reduction surgery.  

If the job is a good one I don’t mind augmented but prefer real ones! Yours my dear are tremendous! Xoxo 😘

I have seen some ladies with breasts that looked freakish.

Big and hard and fake...natural, small amd perky...heavy hangers.  They are all good 😝

I always have preferred real. Yours are absolutely fine, and I prefer smaller over larger. So many of the "new and improved" boob jobs I have seen were terrible. Some were poorly done and look awful, many are too large and again look awful, or the implants were too hard.   And of course, there are so many reports of complications after surgery. They are foreign bodies and anyone's body can react badly.
Of course you should do what you think is best for yourself, but please carefully research everything.

I’ve always preferred real and small to medium breasts over really large. I’d love to see yours😀. That said I’ve been with a few who have had really nice boob jobs that were proportionate to the rest of their body.  

I love fake enhancements. They just seem more “real” to me.

... to do there procedure- after seeing a few episodes of Botched makes you wonder if its worth the risk- just get a good surgeon, and don't go too big-

I'd take real over fake in almost every case unless the real ones are big+very saggy and the boob job is well done.  Nothing is less appealing to me than obvious fake boobs.
