Not trying to white knight, have never seen the lady. That being said, I find it odd she has approximately a half dozen recent negative reviews and they're all posted by someone who hasn't reviewed anyone else! Draw your own conclusions.

Now the “marks” and “johns” have figured out that it’s de facto theft. But, the smartest thing she can do is go to Florida and give it all another go.

That is an unfortunately dismissive response when the strongly negative reviews have really begun to pile up. While there are a lot of positive reviews, those with *very* low ratings seem to have increased recently; has there been some change? If it's the fault of the clients, maybe there needs to be a change in how they're booked; maybe reduced volume, or only scheduled in advance?
If I were on the fence about booking an appointment, and saw a comment just blaming clients for bad reviews, I know what decision I would make from there. Might be something worth thinking about.

Yes. I have asked TER to look into who is writing these reviews because I can Confirm that I have Not seen this person that is writing these False/Fake reviews. I have a suspicion it is one person that is using his "Aliases" to generate bad reviews.
I'll put in my 2cent's and say there are about 3 reviewers I think TER should check into as all 3reviewer's have a few word's that are use in the same tone.. And all 3 reviewer's have only 1 review going on it and it's only her's.
