One bit of advice, try updating from your cell phone using voice to text. It'll make your stuff easier to understand.
Now, I think you're doing business completely wrong. I travel to Boston 1 to 3 times a month. I stay for one night. I use priceline's name your price feature. I RARELY if ever "work" from home, so Boston is 80% all of my (nonlegal) income.
I make more than enough to meet all my bills, not run myself ragged, raise my family, pay for a two bedroom home, afford vet bills, feed myself and get a pedicure or two.
With what you're saying, just buy a damn window AC and use it for a few days instead of spending any money on hotels!
It's simple math.
3 nights in a somewhat nicer high end Boston hotel = 600-1500.
an AC window unit and slightly higher electric bill >200.
Try cutting back on personal expenses. Are extensions really necessary? Your food bill should be under 100/week if you're eating like a normal person and not eating filet mignon or going out more than once a week or ordering delivery.
One more thing.. these rants you go on.. I don't know if you're just venting or trying to drudge up pity sessions, or what - but all they do is make people run in the other direction. You're basically saying you're seeing people desperately to support your excessive lifestyle. That you're worn out and high traffic and running yourself ragged because you can't handle your money. WTF? These may dredge up extra income in the short run but they are a poor poor way to run your business.
Go buy the book in the link PRONTO. Study it, take it to heart, take notes, and do it again. (the kindle version is just ten bucks, and you can read it via a kindle app on your phone or desktop)
You've been surviving because you're an attractive girl who is relatively down to earth, but that won't hold you on forever. Set up a nest egg so you don't have to worry when you don't see enough clients to meet your bills. Enough to cover your bills for 3 - 4 months on your own. Better yourself so you have a backup plan if this isn't working out.
And hey, if you can't handle any clients this week, I'd be happy to take care of them for you. ;P
