Would you pay a little more  
to see a lady that had an incall location that was easier for you to get to?

Do you see ladies based on there location vs. their looks and skills?

Your thoughts if any?

I remember when I was young and single, hanging out at Timothy's II, a crowded young people's bar in Framingham.  There were two ways to check out all the girls:
1)  You could walk around and look.  We called that "getting on the merry-go-round".
2)  You could stand in one place and watch the "merry-go-round" pass in front of you.

Same principle applies.  Some things never change.

I have a limited travel range so when checking ads I look for someone close to me then the TER checkout before making an appointment. I've tried the travel to see option and my hour of pleasure is destroyed in 2 hrs rush hour traffic

You now have me wondering if I know you. My buddies and I used to do the same thing in the same place but we called it pigfahhkin or cahhnthuntin! Pickem up at Timothy's and take em over to Timothy's Spirits right next door.  

I've been to cities all over this country and the Boston area is the only one where a guy won't drive 4 miles out of his way to go see a girl in hopes that she'll just get to your area one day.  I'm not saying anything is wrong with it. I'm just saying you guys are different up here.  

I know for a fact out west, down south, Chicago, and the TX areas, guys will drive up to 3 hours to go see a reputable girl and always book 2+ hours when they do to make it worth the drive.  

 Boston is just a saturated market.  No need to drive anywhere I guess. In the more isolated, less saturated areas, guys will ask for longer appointments to 'lure' the girls out and help make their trip worth coming to their area, like in Richmond, VA for instance.  A HUGE percentage of guys here in Boston do just the opposite. Sitting in their comfort zones, emailing for specials when they see a girl they've had their eyes on, FINALLY get an incall location one county over.  

Again, not saying anything is wrong with it. Just pointing out my long term experience.

How funny that someone else would mention this! Absolutely, 100% true. In Texas (and just about everywhere else in the country, other than New York), to even suggest that making a quick run to Newton or Waltham from the city is a "commute" or a "hassle" would be absolutely laughable. The outlying cities where a lot of providers stay are 10 or 15 minutes away at best, and anyone who is insistent about seeing someone in Back Bay or in Copley Square should try to think twice about being upset over higher rates, since rooms there are often more expensive than rooms in Manhattan (and are often similar, at the very least). Come down to my neck of the woods and we'll show you what a REAL commute is, boys

I agree, Whitney, but then again Boston has one of the worst traffic situations in the country and the cost of living is extraordinarily high here.  For a prosperous client who is self-employed and so decides his own hours, it's no big deal to devote 2 or 3 hours during the day for a leisurely drive to see a favorite lady.  And most well-reviewed providers, such as you, have plenty of clients like that anyway.  But for most middle-class (even upper middle-class) clients who are salaried, it may be too difficult to carve out 3 hours in the middle of the day for an hour's drive to the lady's location, an hour of fun and frolic spent with the lady, and then an hour's drive back to the office.  When I've tried that myself, I've found that the stress of trying to get back to the office in time often canceled out the "stress relief" I had just enjoyed during my time with the lady.  And of course, while the expense of an in-town hotel room may be quite pricey, there are a whole lot of additional potential clients - during the work day, at least - who may be only a short subway ride away from your hotel, and who'd be willing to take a long lunch hour to see you.  Since rush hour around here lasts until 7:00 p.m. or so, I'd hazard a guess that some clients who live (for example) on the North Shore might be too tired, after a long day of work, to make the long and sloggy trek out to (for example) a hotel on Route 128, and then have to reverse that long and tiring drive once the date is over.  The guy's who have lots of leisure time and discretionary funds - yeah, a 3-hour drive for a 2-hour date with a warm and sexy lady such as you - that's well worth it.  But for the rest of your potential clients, it's not so much laziness as practicality.  IMHO.
