Lots of garbage in my private hobby email this morning.  Whatever was sent out to my "contact list" originated from  [email protected].  I do not know who this is.

There were 19 hobbyists and/or providers on my contact list.  One responded, and there was also and auto-response from a national touring provider.  I have not gone crazy...as recipients might be thinking.  I have deleted my contact list (I don't remember setting it up).

Everything looks okay now.  Lesson learned: do not save hobby info, even if it is password protected and away from your own hardware.  Unpredictable things happen all the time.

Better there than getting any other possible hobby related illness.

DT,

It's not just you! I've been getting them from a lot of people. It appears to be only yahoo based. There is a link enclosed. Someone said if you click the link it attacks your contact list.

So, I too am sorry to anyone who has been attacked my mine. I never clicked on the link but you never know.

Like Foody said, better than the alternative babe. ;)
