Most of the time, the condom issue is a mental thing.  Try to train yourself out of it by masturbating while wearing one...getting used to the sensation of having pleasure while one is on (as yes, there is plenty of pleasure to be had with a condom on...).  Fill that baby up with your hot, white load and flip the script to have it be something you can't WAIT to do!

Also (and this may have been mentioned), put a few drops of lube inside the tip of the condom before rolling it down on the shaft.  The extra lubrication adds sensation to the head of your cock.

You can also experiment with special condom types (Avantis, Trojan Twisted Pleasures, female condoms, ultra thin, ultra sensitive) to see if those make a difference.  I'm sure Condomania (one is on Newbury St.) would have a number of options for you to try, and perhaps some other advice.
