Curious if anyone had any suggestions for a quality  strap on provider? My preference would be as far Metro West as possible.. but that's only because I hate going to the city (any city)!

Jasmine Cummings is in town right now, and lists this in her services provided.
I believe she is hitting the 128/93/3 burbs the end of this week. Check the calendar on her site.
She is an outstanding provider in general as well. I have had many fantastic experiences with her.
