BI linked to Raquel's profile, but that doesn't mean that that is actually Raquel. I've seen BI do this before, where they link a new provider to an existing TER profile until the new provider gets some actual reviews. And all those reviews pre-date when Morgan started with BI.
I noticed that BI had a new Asian girl start last week. She's around this week as well but there are no reviews as of yet. I was wondering if anyone has seen her yet and is willing to provide a little intel. Feel free to PM me.
