Stood up by Ashley Taylor today. I called early and spoke to her phone girl who asked me what time and I said what's available, she said anything from 1-4or5pm so I picked 130 & she said that was perfect she'd check my references (of which I have many) & get back to me. So I jumped in the shower and started the long drive southward because I'd get to her general area about a half hour early but I like to account for traffic in case it's bad as I don't want to be inconvenient to the lady. So about half way into the hour drive I try calling several times and left several messages without a reply. So I park in the general area and about 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment FINALLY I get a call from her phone girl telling me Ashley was going to lunch and wouldn't be able to see me today then acted as if it was MY fault that I drove all that way for nothing. When I said if I hadn't left when I did then I never would've made the appointment time if it was still on and THEY would've been upset at me, she just said that's your fault. She said Ashley was going to lunch with a friend and she couldn't do anything to help the situation. So I initially had the option for appointments from 1-5 pm.as one of the first callers of the day to getting stood up after being told my time was "perfect". Just an FYI for the future just because you have an appointment with her doesn't mean you'll actually get to see her. This hasn't happened to me in a decade and this is why most of my appointments are spur of the moment.

Consider yourself lucky that this has only happened to you once in a decade! This kind of treatment of hobbyists is unfortunately very common. On top of the discourtesy, you also experienced blaming the victim, or customer in this case. Thank goodness, most providers have better business sense than Ms. Taylor and/or her agent.

Ms. Taylor has    Pages full of 9-10 10-10 reviews so I sure she had a mishap and will make it up to you or any e not since you went public with this ? Unreliable is not something she's considered at all but she is super busy as I've tried many times to book without luck!

Have you booked then been cancelled minutes before the start time? Yes, she has great reviews but also in many of them they mention the poor job done in scheduling with her phone girl.

How can you say that you're sure she'd had made it up to him if you've never seen her AND given how he described the c__ty way her phone bitch treated him?  

It sounds to me like you hopped into your car and drove to an appointment that had not been confirmed yet.  She said that she would check your references and get back to you right?

No I said I never got in but I don't need to kiss her ass to get in I can anytime our schedules work out, I never tried to terribly hard to get in as I am busy too and she requires a pre book due to her 400 fantastic reviews. This maybe was his fault probably wasn't verified and had a tentative appointment. She's a top provider and doesn't need my help to stay that way. Any shot of a positive resolution for you now is diminished by not waiting to try and resolve this direct with Ashley

Tell you what? Ill go see her and then tell you she was 10-10 which is what everyone says and then tell you what you missed. You are a flaming fool and if you handled this better you most likely would have got an appointment with her at a later date, you were not verified got in your car and called when you got there without checking to see that the phone girl was able to reach your references and then blame them for your stupidity. Get a warm cloth and some lotion and relieve yourself then you will think more clearly because you are not only named boner because of that tiny woodie in your pants but because bonehead would be more accurate.

If I posted anything negative you can bet it's because I'd NEVER try to book with her again. If you check my reviews you'd see that it's been a LONG time since I posted one with poor scores. I just don't do negative unless something REALLY gets under my skin, like you got instance. But then again you get under a LOT of people's skin on this board.  Have a nice day you fucktard.

It's summer time. It's possible that ladies are on vacation and can't immediately be reached to provide references. If you choose to start driving  before screening is complete or before the assistant has a chance to talk to the lady she is screening for, responsibility for any time wasted rests squarely on YOUR shoulders! It seems very likely that Ashley had a date that chose to extend an already booked session. That's her prerogative seeing as he booked and was screened before the OP was...

These threads always annoy me. If providers posted on the board with the story of each guy who stood us up, no showed, who we drove an hour to go see only to have no answer when we get to the area, this board would be full of nothing BUT THAT. 90% of us, providers and hobbyists alike, are guilty of last minute cancellations, no shows, etc... at some point.  When guys no show and cancel on me, I just chalk it up to being part of the business instead of whining about it to the masses.  If some girl goes to verify you, if she's like me, she'll search your TER ID on the boards, read this, and will definitely consider this post when deciding whether to book an appointment with you.

even to my surprise, i agree with slapidog on this one, from his first post to now. shit happens sometimes. it happens to all of us, hobbyists AND providers, and some other guy pointed out his mini outrage at how hobbyists are treated badly? crazy. most of you TER guys are treated like gold, AND some of you have a weird sense of entitlement.
