I understand screening is important. Is it ok to call provider on phone to be screened. I don't like to type personal things on websites.

Personally, I like initially contact by email.. as many of us deal with "chatters" or "time-wasters" on the phone.. and those that feel they can bypass the process if they can just let us hear their sweet voices...

Stating your concerns..but ALSO...giving her the comfort of giving at least a minimum to prove you are not a time waster..proper intro ..references etc.. initially will help guide into that phone conversation much easier for most providers...

For some..a blind call from a stranger..truly is disconcerting..and somewhat guarded...not a great way to start a new temporarily friendship.

E-mail, I have found, is the easiest way to contact a provider, especially if the provider is an independent.

Agencies, typically take calls, web-based forms, and e-mails, and in my experience, in that order.

But I have taken calls from gentlemen who want to be verified via telephone. I agree with the earlier post, some people just call and waste your time. But overall the gentlemen who call me are just that, gentlemen, and they provide the verification information needed and they keep the conversation professional and discreet. If you don't want your information in an e-mail, why not just e-mail the lady first, explain your concern and perhaps she will be amenable to speaking with you directly to verify you.

I have sent emails to a few girls asking to schedule and am still waiting after several months. Should I call them or just keep waiting? LOL Seriously why post a email if your not going to acknowledge it.

Everyone has ways that they deal with screening. Usually visiting their website will give you a good indication of their preference.

I prefer emails personally or the form that is on my website. I am the only one that ever sees this information. I respond to all my emails very quickly.

I have done over the phone screening as long as the gentleman is serious and has his information ready. I don't bother with blocked calls or text messages.
