Some of the girls just aren't GFE. Sometimes they'll tell us that they are, but then we find out that they aren't. Once we know that they aren't, and we know a client is looking for a GFE provider, we will not recommend that girl to them. We're actually in the process of redoing our website, and we will be including a note as to which of our girls are GFE, and which are not.
Some of the girls do smoke (most actually), but they don't smoke when with a client (unless the client doesn't mind obviously). They do their best to cover the smell of smoke on them, but some people are just more sensitive to it than others. Perhaps we can also add a note as to which girls smoke if there is demand for it.
As far as drivers hanging around. Two of the girls currently drive themselves. Two are only doing incalls so do not have a driver. The other girls all use our regular driver. He has been driving providers for 16 years now, and is very discrete. He never just hangs out in front of a client's residence. We did have a girl (Paris) who had her own driver. She is no longer with us, but she told us that her driver was discrete. Whether or not this is true, we can not say. She was also one of the girls who told us she was GFE, and then we found out she was far from it... But as I said, she is no longer with us.
We do honestly try to keep our clients happy. Sometimes we may fail at it, but we feel that most of the time we succeed in doing so. It isn't easy to keep everyone happy all of the time, but we do our best.

It is kind of hard to take this agency serious when you check out the average to poor reviews. I used it a while back and was hardly impressed.

We're sorry that you feel that way. We do have quite a few regular clients that would disagree with your opinion. But we do admit that we have occasionally had some issues with some of our girls. Unfortunately, it tends to be the nature of the business. We do try to talk to our girls and remedy any problems when we find out about them, and we will stop referring clients to girls if they can not, or will not, rectify the issue. But sometimes it's just an issue of a particular client and a particular provider just don't hit it off for whatever reason. We have had girls that have had several repeat clients who have gotten a bad review from someone else. It isn't easy to please everyone all of the time, especially in this business, but we do try our best.

Many of them will only see 2 to 3 clients per week. Which means it simply is not financially viable to get a hotel room for incalls. So if they do offer them, it's in their homes. Some clients are uncomfortable in these situations, and when they're uncomfortable, it will often make the provider uncomfortable as well. Obviously this can negatively effect their experience. But it is not a situation which we have any control over, other than to simply not give clients the option of an incall. But at the same time, many clients are not bothered by this situation.
It's well known in any service industry that those who have complaints are far more likely to speak out, than those who do not. If all of our happy clients were to write reviews, we're quite certain it would far surpass the few bad reviews out there.
We aren't saying that there have not been issues, or that there will not be any issues in the future, but we do our best to handle them when they do arise.
