Hello everyone. This is Dina. I am no longer available for bookings through Down City Divas even though I am still listed in the website gallery. The person who runs that reputable agency refuses to take my photos off the website. I just wanted to make it clear to the community that if anyone calls Down City Divas and requests to see Dina they will not be seeing me. At least not through them, ever ever again.

Most recently, he has sent threatening emails and text messages regarding his "official" opinion that I can't work for any other agency in any capacity or even myself until August 2008. He claims that RI, MA, and CT are his territories and it would be competition against him. Could you imagine....the man who would be king. Good grief.

Ma. is NOT his territory and he does not own you. You can work for whomever you want or own if you choose.

He could argue in court that as a tax paying slave owner he still has absolute rights over you or something like that... In a state like Massachusetts that may stick...

Ha ha! I don't think those "non-compete" clauses are binding even with a contract! I guess you can't blame a guy for tryin'....
