Brooke, Interesting you should share this thought as I, a relatively newbie, have also noticed an uptick of angst, attacks, admonitions, etc. on the board over the last few months.  I think there are many deep cause and affects for such; just take a look at our larger society as a whole and you will see the increase of same between peoples, organizations, govts, etc. I find it disquieting and am spending more time qualifying those whom I may share companionship as I deeply desire the light-heartedness and peacefulness you and others also seek.  As much as we can let's focus on those people in our lives.
