what do hobbyist like when they visit an agency website?  I am just wondering because I don't even look at eros much anymore...I just look at my "fav" agencys websites, or independent sites, and go from there.
I like:
ease of use/ez to navigate
good pics
updated schedule

anyone else have any other things they look for in an agency website or independent website

1. Pics that give a fair representation of appearance

2. Rates, not complicated

3. Ease of use - no Flash, no music, and quick loading of the pages are what really matter

I'd really like extraneous ads -- that is, ads not dealing with specifically what I'm looking at -- to disappear. Sometimes these are a consequence of using a "free" hosting account.
