I don't provide on Nantucket, too many harpooners from the old whaling days. 
Seriously jbird, the Cape is a desert when it comes to quality providers so I seriously doubt you'll have any luck on a tiny remote island like Nantucket.
There is now a CraigsList for our peninsula (see link below) but I wouldn't even bother with it, I don't. I'm not one to take a chance with CL, you're likely to get a drugged up ho who is one step above a street walking hooker rather than a quality GFE provider like the ones who post here.
