I have been using TER for hobby research for 10 plus years and can't imagine being without it. Perhaps my #1 pet peeve are the obnoxious cretins who live for the opportunity to jump on someone else's post. Whether it be a statement of opinion or a question these nitwits feel it necessary to respond with criticism, sarcasm, rudeness and sometimes even cruely. Many times I've seen a good question never get answered because some loudmouth jerk highjacks the conversation in a different direction.
 
Fortunately it seems to me that Escalade1964 irritates the guys and/or girls who fall into this group. He seems to draw their ire and really disturb them. For this I'm truly grateful to Old Escalade and hope he continues the good work. I know he posts an awful lot - some are pretty interesting, some are kind of dumb and many are just plain mundane but it seems the majority of TER members are not bothered by them.  

So to the pseudo-intellectual, I'm better than you are, hiding behind anonymity, sophmoric bozos out there who's skin he really gets under - GOOD!!! I hope he keeps you awake at night. Perhaps some you will let your memberships lapse.

agreed...which is why I don't respond to his post his stupid pseudo homo questions "am I gay?" his toilet humor " I poop after the session in the room" or "I fart when I come" or anything else he post. the guy is sad, lonely and irrelevant.

I don't respond to him and would not see any provider that encourages him. Thats my view and not a "threat" as was previously perceived by some board members here. I think he'd slow his roll if friends and foe alike just ignored him. I have, so I don't even read his post but I see he's still sitting at his keyboard day and night with nonsense, based on this post.

I use the board for information and to try to contribute for all our safety re: recent LE attention this hobby is receiving and to see who's in town who is available and  what vicinity they may be in or to recommend a provider if I feel she's worth recommending.

At this point the guy's a self parody and there is no need to even pay attention to anything he post, there is never info or a heads up or advice that can be taken seriously there is just babble and spam.

But on a side observation it does seem that many of his " supporters" are posting under an alias or have 0 reviews after many years on the board.

The guy posts for attention and to annoy and nothing more.  Virtually none of his posts here do anything but take up space and offer little to no relevant hobby information.

His reviews are useless too:  all 8/9 and higher ratings and puffed up "I love her" and "Wow are we lucky to have her" - I've seen a couple of the same providers and the 'information' he provides is virtually irrelevant in judging how they really will look and perform.

Actually he get very little support from providers he does not pay and very few hobbiest and it seems to me he's even aggravated even the most patient poster. The guy on July 17 th was fishing, had no online presence here before and to my knowledge was not well known or had a lot of reviews? So that is inappropriate to start a thread and respond with info. Pat j , myself and many others are clearly not le and a general heads up is good. Posting towns etc, is probably not a great idea and should be left in pm and back channel. I've back channeled agencies and lady's in the past for their general info to take precaution or if they ignore than throw caution to the wind. Is their choice. There was no contradiction and I was trying to keep a unknown poster that may have had other reasons for trying to obtain information off this board at bay.
