The meaning of the sentence
"Fututio, ergo sum" is
"I fuck, therefore I am!"

It is a rip off of the famous Descartes quote:

"Cogito ergo sum" meaning
I think, therefore I am.

All in Latin, of course!

I learned my Latin phrases from "Asterix" cartoons... :-)
(of course the Romans in 50 B.C. were happily quoting Descartes)

All I remember from my 9th grade Latin is this sage advice -- "semper ubi sub ubi."  Except, of course, when you're with someone as awesome as Grace.
