Eat lots of fruits, vegetables, whole grains and fish.

Eat other meats and dairy sparingly.

Go easy on the alcohol too.

Have your vitamin D level checked and take supplements if needed.

Drink plenty of water and get 8 hours of rest a day.

Ginseng tea can help too.

If it doesn't work to get it all the way back, it will at least slow down the decline.

It's working for me.

Ten years ago my daughter gave me a book by noted author Suzanne Sommers.  Yeah, I thought the same thing.  It was a collection of chapters written by "anti-aging" doctors.  I decided to check one out near me in San Diego County.  Dr. Joe is in his 70s, board certified anesthesiologist from UCLA.  Started looking in to body chemistry changes over life and asked the question, why can't we do more to adjust that?  After all, we are just a bunch of chemical reactions.  Dr. Joe's theory is to adjust your blood chemistry to age 35 and supplant that with Vit D, E, and testosterone.

Dr. Joe took full blood panel ($450) and then sat with me for two hours discussing results ($275).  I am a science guy and I couldn't stump him on a thing.  So I started on his recommended regimen...including a testosterone cream daily, mega Vitamin D daily, etc.  It runs me $200/month for maintenance and every six months another blood draw and consult until I reached desired levels in 18 months.  Now it's only 1/year and it's ten years later.  I am 64 and have all the energy I ever had, my moods evened out, my "old age" voice went away, and my sex drive is what it was in my 30s.

I know this sounds like an ad for Dr. Joe but it's my story.  

btw...you know the old guy in the back of the airline mags that is all bulked up?  That was Dr. Joe's partner when he left traditional medicine.  They split because Dr. Joe wanted to keep the prices down and Mr. Muscles went for the money.

Eat as many raw veggies (and fruits) as you can. That is where all the vitamins are. Don't peel them either. Everyone north of Florida should be taking vitamin D. I eat smoked salmon the day before and blow a nice chunky wad with a powerful orgasm every time.

I love healing people. I also have a nutrition business that my clients know about, and can enjoy that also.

First thing to start on is salmon oil or if you're vegan, try udos choice omegas. Will help with a variety of conditions. Cut out all high fructose corn syrup, artificial colorings, artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners and artificial anything. Add pure coconut water to your diet. Be sure to read ingredient labels. Nowadays the health industry is a billion dollar industry, and many companies are marketing their products as being healthy but they are not. Avoid genetically modified foods which is tricky for sure, as most of the USA is not required to label it as GMO. So try to buy organic. You can tell sometimes by the label on fruit and veg at the start of the PLU code. Korean Red Ginseng helps men, and making a mushroom broth to drink daily. Avoid any estrogen injected Chicken for sure. Cut back on eggs too as they contain estrogen. If you eat chicken, be sure it is organic and hormone free. All hormone injected animals should be avoided as this confuses your own hormone balance.  

If you stick with a whole food diet, organic, and cut out all fake foods and ingredients, you will see a huge improvement in your overall health

Think of Movement vs Lethargy as something that feeds itself. If you sit all day at the computer, then at the dinner table, then go to bed to sleep, you are not getting movement. And lethargy feeds on Lethargy. The blood runs slower, heart rate slows down, everything become lethargic. So of course you feel that way too. Where if you start to move, add a skip in your step, just try to make that extra bit of movement in all you do, that will also feed itself with more movement, and the blood will circulate better, heart rate better, detox better, energy better.
