Unless you know a gal VERY well (and even then there is no guarantee) do not send a deposit unless you want to see that gal so bad that you are willing to lose it.   (It could be argued that if you do want to see her that badly you're better off saving it for a payment to a shrink, but that's another thread.)

Outing her may make you feel better, but such a move can have unintended reactions, and still won't get you your money back.  I am not even sure if TER is cool with that maneuver in the first place.

But, isn’t part of this site to protect each other from scammers like this?  Or more of a way to verify the good ones?

Is she an established known girl???
Does she have your real info???
Do you have emails between you two proving this situation???

I noticed girls on Twitter outing guys for simple things like NCNS and this girl might out you.  

I have never given a deposit, but I have never said anything negative to a girl that has asked for a deposit hoping to change her mind. I have walked away from a bunch of girls that I really wanted to see but decided that handing over $500 as a deposit was a deal-breaker.  

Right now the new scam activity is ONLYFANS where girls get guys to become a lifetime member but stop posting content after 4-5 videos.

And keeping your money is stealing.  They go bat shit crazy when they have a cancellation and talk all kinds of shit on twitter.  And never give a deposit fie this reason.  If they want one , move on. JMHO

It is unfortunate there are dishonest clients and providers. Sometimes simply hardships or mistakes, but lack of communication is inexcusable. Please don't hold all girls responsible for her discrepancies. I have had to cancel a trip before and honored the deposits. We are not all bad.

I gave money once in advance and never will again.  I have missed out on some who want one but  
I will not give them anything in advance.  To me anyone who asks money in advance is not to be trusted.
No matter what reviews say or how sterling her record is.  

There is a reason they want your money in advance.  The excuse of so you don't cancel is pretty flimsy

If this woman is known and she stole your money and not responding then I believe you should definitely
out her.  The women put guys on blacklist/out just for asking questions.  Sorry but the women do not deserve the benefit of a doubt since they don't give us one.

While I dislike deposits, I did have a provider coming to town who wanted a deposit.  I paid and through an error the time we booked was a problem.  She returned to town and we had a wonderful time within the month.  Still dislike deposits however.

I have been burnt once and will not pay a deposit again. In my view, the business model we use in our hobby does not allow for it. I can understand that traveling ladies want to reduce their risk B4 committing to their travel expense but if anything changes on her end, there is no way other than good old trust to make the depositor whole. I will not take that risk again, there are enough other fish in the ocean !!!

She is not a provider if she’s doing raffles.. that’s some b***sh*t scammers come up with to get as much money from different men as possible, sorry to break it to you but your not getting any service at all what so ever. Do you research on girls before you try to book them with a deposit or go with girls that don’t require them.. I never required deposit. Cash exchanged from hand to hand is king. Forget about those online payment bs. Like PayPal and such.
