MB is run by a (former?) provider from Maine. It is like a small, local version of TER with local ladies (such as Jordan James, Savannah, and Mara,to name a few - who participate here) and hobbyists sharing info and reviews on the hobby from Boston north through Augusta, ME.
The fee is a relatively recent development, but it is a legit site with good members and ladies with a minimum of drama.
I started to register on the Mainely Babes website but then at the end it seems to require a fee, did I miss something, I thought there might be a free membership, or is there just the fee access only.
May I also ask if anyone has any experience with this site and can tell me if it is worth the fee. Thank you in advance for any info you give me.

I enjoy the forums very much and I think its kind of an essential site for Maine & NH hobbyists/providers.
I don't know about paid memberships but as a provider I signed up quickly and was granted immediate posting privileges because they were able to verify my reviews and online presence. I didn't have to pay anything.
