Most providers have long nails so you just need to find someone that smokes.  Easily searchable on TER.   Unfortunately I quit in January.  Where the hell were you for the last 10 years.

Those are great!  some providers DO smoke, just don't say so on their sites.  Feel free to let me know when you are in Boston!
