Why is it that so many gents attempt to make appts and claim to not have provider references, only to find out they do indeed have them?
I am puzzled by this?

I think because we rarely think about things like references. We're thinking about the appointment. If somebody asked me for references, I'd be stumped and have to think about it.

I have an e-mail template I use when contacting providers; I just update as necessary.  Works like a charm, saves me a ton of typing, and everybody is happy.

Ladies love it.  At least that's what I've been told.
