Hello Gentlemen,

Some of you may have noticed that we are no longer representing Rita here in Boston. The first time we worked with her was very difficult, and we decided at that point that things were not working out with her and we discussed this with her.

She prommised to change her ways, and she stated that she loved working with us, and would not keep up her behavior that prompted us to discuss us parting ways. She was back in Boston again with us two weeks later, for one day, and started doing the same things that caused us concern in the first place. At that point we decided that things have not changed with her, and we decided that we would not let this continue, and told her we could not work with her anymore. She was putting herself in an irresponsible and dangerous position, and making us look unprofessional, and we would not condone that type of behavior.

She got very upset, and said she would use this board and some of its members to get "revenge for firing her". The gentlemen who have seen our girls in the past know we only deal with professional GFE women, and if something is at fault on our end, we make it right. We strive to be professional, discreet, and courteous to all the gentlemen who call on us, and as we take on new ladies, we do the best that we can to represent and portray them in the best light without being misleading to you. We only want to deal with true professional GFE ladies, and are trying to build a good base of ladies. This, as I am sure you can imagine, can be difficult. We are getting there though!

In some cases, we dont even get to meet the ladies in person before they get to Boston, only thier pics and thier word on the type of service that will provide to the gentlemen who depend on us for quality service. If they do not live up to thier word, or if they do not present thmeselves honestly to us, we depend on you guys to let us know, and we will try to make it right or not represent them anymore. In other words, if we do not know something is broken, we can not fix it. And we have and will fix it, and do something to make it right to the gentleman who felt that he was done wrong.

In short, I do not want to throw out details in public about what went wrong, only that she was not the type of person we care to represent. She was obviously very popular and provided a great service to you guys when she was capable of doing so. But, the headache and aggrivation was not worth it. I have seen that someone else has picked her up, and maybe they will have better luck dealing with her then we did, but I figured that we owe an explanation of what happened!

I cant believe you dont even meet the girls before you hire that shows me you dont care about the clients it all about the $$$

I was thinking about booking with your agency but after reading this i feel that it is to risky who knows what your going to get when you book you advertise GFE how do you know the girl is a GFE espesially if you never meet her thats an awful lot to put on the line for some one you never meet

We do the best screening we can on the phone, and of the pics that they send in before our photographer has a chance to do pics. We update the pics of the girls on our site every 2 to 3 months.
If the lady gets to Boston, and she is not the lady in the pics, or if thier is a misunderstanding about the type of lady we represent, then we do not work with them. We are out the cost of the airfare, but that is just a cost of doing business, and is much better than a hit to our reputation.

We currently have a very good reputaion here with the people who have used us, and are going to doing everything we can to maintain it. Even MC has girls that are not GFE, or anywhere close. BDJ is a better example of the service that we are stiving to accomplish, and I am sure that they too have had thier problems.

We will not represent anyone who misleads us, in phone or in person. Its unfortunate but people lie! To us as well. If we get a complaint, we make it right, period. If you look at the reviews on the other board of the ladies we represent, they are consistantly good.

I hope this clears up some of the confusion, I mearly stated that if a lady who apporaches us who is new to this, or states that she is (it has happened that we have been told that they were new to this and we found out different), we clarifly to the lady what the gentlemen that call on us expect, if they do not live up to what they say, they do not stay with us. I am sure that if you ask MC, they will tell you they have been mislead by some ladies, or have them misrepresent their service they provide to them. I am quite sure that it happens to everyone, but I assure you, WE DO THE BEST WE CAN, on the phone and in person once they get that far, to screen them out. But like I said, unfortuantly PEOPLE LIE! They do not last long with us if that is the case.

I hope you gentlemen reconsider, as you can see fron the reviews of the ladies that do have reviews, we have done a pretty good job of screening so far.

don't you think that beating Rita to the punch and coming here to "potentially slam" her (before she has a chance to slam you) is unwarranted? for all we know she may have learned a lesson or two from you and quietly gone her way without making a fuss.

unless she's already "aired her laundry" i don't see a desperate need for this announcement of yours. it can be perceived as being rather cold-hearted or vengeful of you -- and i'm sure that's not the case.

i'm speaking completely hypothetically based only on what i've read on this board. i've had no business dealings with your agency and i'm assuming you're referring to "Red Rita" who's currently on Eros-boston (seemingly on her own) whom i haven't seen (though she's been on my short list for a while now)

I agree with singleton why slam her by you and your agency bad mouthing her it is reallly petty on your part you are supposed to be a business professional

listen i own a large corporation if i have an employee that is screwing up i deal with it and move on you wont finding me putting it up on a board somewhere whats the point i read all these boards daily probly 5 or 6 times a day
i have yet to see her slam you as you put it

if she wants to go on her own or part company let her and move on

all these rebuttles by you does nothing to help your business

The reason for the post was mearly a brief explaination of why she is no longer with us. I do not believe that I have slammed Rita in any way, I am not beating anyone to the punch, I just thought that an explanation was justified of why we choose not to represent her anymore, and that I owed it to the people on this board to let them know why they would be dealing with someone else when they called to see her, rather then dealing with us, as they were used to.

We do not believe in "bashing" or making other people look bad as good business practices. We try to be as helpful as possible, and would not make any lady or agency look bad. In fact when Eros called stating that the person who is representing Rita now asked for permission to use the same ad, text, and photo layout as we used for her, I gave them immediate permission. It is not our style to operate in a negative fashion.

Unfortunatly, she has done anything but go away quietly. I do not want to "bash" her but I will tell you that she has made threats against the other girls we work with as well as the company. She has also been "bashing" us to the clients she does see. All we did was tell her we did not want to work with her anymore, period. If you would like details, I would be happy to give them to you to satisfy your questions, but I do not feel I should make it a public issue.

The post is and was an explaination of the reason why Rita is no longer with us, and why people who wish to see her will be going through someone else, not entirely as a defensive measure. The ongoing threats she is making towards the ladies we work with, our reputation, and our credibility in Boston prompted the "defense" part of the post. That is all. Thank You for listining! i believe i qualifed my comments by saying that i was an impartial reader with no experience of either your agency or Rita and that i was speaking somewhat hypothetically to begin with

but how one can say that the following excerpts (from your original post) are NOT in anyway "slamming" Rita is a bit beyond my comprehension:

these read as some kind of "slamming" in my book (albeit a light one perhaps). put another way, no one can say that these comments were meant to flatter her or paint her in a positive light. any bizness is bound to have employees who don't meet their bar, that's why people are let go, but seldom do i hear an employer talk about an ex-employee with this much "zest" ... perhaps it's just me, i could be wrong.

i understand, who knows perhaps with these details your comments could be interpreted in another way. frankly, it's NOT my concern. i believe this kind of "conflict" should be worked out in PRIVATE just between you and your (ex)employees. to bring them to this board can only be meant to hurt her and her business. but once again,  i could be wrong about all this.


eitherway, this episode has not greatly "soured" me in wanting to do bizness with your agency. more like a footnote i may keep in mind for some time.

 Hmm, an agency that is only in it for the money? Who would figure...

 After reading the entire thread I really don't see where the Bella Donna's comments are out of line. And I do actually think they fit in the spirit of what this website is about - To alert people to problems with escorts/agencies. I think a pre emptive message on their part was a mistake. I would have allowed the whole incident to blow over beforing being forced to respond to a post by Rita or people posting for her.

 I have never used Bella Donna. But I can tell you from experience that the Florida agencies are not without their problems.

Based on those descriptions, it is not hard for someone to find out her real name/screen name.  To me, this is kind of a reckless behavior on whoever sent in the ad.

I have recently learned that many agencies have very little concern whatsoever about protecting the identify of the ladies they respresented even though these agencies are quite reliable in their services.

Since there is so much cynicism and competition in this hobby, more and more details/full face photos are used to drum up business and allay the concern of potential clients.

If the lady knew that ahead of time and are willing to take the risk in order to increase traffic, that is perfectly her choice.  Unfortunately, too many ladies who worked with an agency have no idea about how they are represented to the public.

I surely hope that those members here who are going to meet Red Rita would check with her to see if she has any inkling of those detail desciptions in her Eros ad.  Just made sure all the actions are finished before showing her the info.

Personally, I feel D is doing us all a service by being proactive in his servicing of the client or potential client.  Those of us who enjoy this hobby, as with any business decision, value making the right investement in time and $.  I have had nothing but positive experiences with BD and would recommend them to anyone for quality and ease of use.

hey Spec, if you wanna hear about the ultimate depths of No-No's that some agencies (not BellaDonna) will sink too, you should stick around this board more often!

there are agencies that would put up a girl's FULL REAL NAME up on their website JUST because she broke from the fold and went indy (and owed them some money i guess).  yet another employer-employee feud that should NOT have gone public

After seeing Rita's pictures the first time she was here several weeks ago, I couldn't wait to see her.  The experience was quite incredible, although as I've said before, not for the faint of heart.  However, when I saw Bella Donna's post regarding her, I understood immediately and sympathized with Belle Donna.  Having used their service to see other women, and having had my phone inquires answered satisfactorily every time I call, IMO they are a worthy agency.  I am torn over seeing Rita again because of both the incredible positives and the oddness of my first encounter, but will use Bella Donna again for sure.

find any injustice done in TER boards.  One of the reason why I still have to use my alias in posting.
