Search the boards here for commentary and I think you will find universal agreement on that going back over a decade. Hard to beat that track record in this industry.
My best advice would be call in the early evening, be respectful and low key, and you will be taken care of fantastically.
I've been in this hobby in Boston for over five years and I've never been able to meet an After Dark model. When I do get through on the phone, I get the same response from the operator, "I just got in. Please give us a call back." The models look great and I'd like to meet some of them.
