The lady in Question
If you check out this link: http://tinyurl.com/7yjbt29, You will notice that he is Helen in Olso Norway, Monika in Dubi and Claire in Boston, Not sure how one Women can be in 3 places at the same time.
Also if you click on the Monika link you will see that one of the photos in that ad is the same in the post I did earlier.
What it shows you is that, you should be very very cautious about this lady. No reviews, photos from all over the world. Chances are you will never meet the lady in photos.
