Do you ever tour to Boston?  

I would love to work out with you and not in a gym. LOL

This Summer, I jumped back into the fitness game.

I lost some weight but am not near my goal. I definitely
got stronger and my heart rate monitor I wear when biking has really progressed.

I recently got a personal trainer one day a week for a routine change in the gym.

I hit the weights 2-3x a week and bike 7-10 miles 4 days a week.

What do you do for exercise and try to stay fit?

Your thoughts if any?

The past couple of weeks I have been vacillating between 30 day shred, P90 and Insanity. Yesterday, I decided to just stick with insanity. It is the most intense of the three but I think I will achieve my goal faster with it.

I also go running about 2-3 times a week.

I have heard of the P90 and Insanity workouts and understand they are crazy hard.

I run 5 miles a day 6 days a week. I lift heavy 3-4 times a week, dance and ride my bike. Next week I begin crossfit in the hopes that it might replace heavy lifting for me, but I'm a little worried about that intensity level with heavy weights. I hope I like it! I also do lots of exercise that I don't really count... like hiking and backpacking, walking to commute etc... I also might pop in 30 day shred if it's been a few days since I've been to the gym.
