Why why why do either independent Ladies or agencies accept an appointment when the Lady KNOWS she is not "up to speed". She knows if she is tired, or not feeling well, or just burned out, why does the appointment get accepted.

I recently had an appointment with a nice Lady who I had seen once before. Lets just say this meeting was a bust, she apologized numerous times, said she was feeling a little woozy, and I had to please myself just to get SOMETHING out of it.

She admitted she should not have accepted the meeting, asked me politely to please not mention it to the agency or out her on the board, and I will not. What I AM trying to do is get a point out here that is, if a Lady is not up to it, DON'T ACCEPT THE MEETING.

If I were to write a negative review, it would get debated for its accuracy and objectivity. If I were to say her name and agency, they would defend her, disputing things I were to write. Please don't put us clients in this spot, DON'T ACCEPT THE APPOINTMENT.

I am now out the full rate, the agency might offer a discount on my next meeting, but I still loose in the deal, it really is all about Benjamin !!

I can respect the fact that you are honoring your promise not to reveal her name, but it is frustrating to read this and not know who it was.

You should always mention it to the agency. We need to know if one of our laides is not feeling well or whatever the problem is. Sometimes ladies work when they should not because they just want the money. It is bad business for both the lady and the service.

A good way to prevent that from happening is by pre-booking an appointment. Many providers and agencies set aside pre-booked calls and not book anything within a few hours of that meeting.

...but agencies are as much responsible for the ladies' being unable to perform as the ladies themselves. Clients go to agencies just to avoid such surprises.  It is not good enough for an agency to say, but we didn't know, etc.  After all, agencies do make money on each and every appointment!

In this case, a good agency will offer a hefty discount on a subsequent appointment.

Uhm.  Yes & no.

Accountability is critical on all sides. The lady really needs to stay in honest communication with her agency if she's not feeling up to par for a date. Its also the responsibility of the agency to respect and honor her request for a break if she is not feeling well. Its def not fair to a client or the lady for EITHER to endure an unenjoyable date.

The agency could be very respectable of a lady not feeling well, but the lady never says anything of a negative status so she can make whatever money she can. On the flip side, the agency could care less and expect her to suck it up, smile and keep working as she has a financial responsibility to the agency to fulfill the trip expectations or lose out financially herself. I'm sure Jill can expand on this subject from an agency owner's perspective, but accountability should NEVER be presumed on the agency solely.
