I'm curious how this factors into your ratings.  I believe that personality contributes to both, but for me I rank it much more into appearance.  My reasoning is that a nice personality makes the person more attractive to me and a bad personality (conceited, trailer trash, bitchy, or just no personality whatsoever) makes them less attractive.  Thanks!

Just kidding.  Great question.  I tend to factor personality into both ratings, but in different ways.

If she's got a great smile that actually reaches her eyes, and is W3 (Warm, Welcoming, and Willing), then she's more attractive to me. OTOH, if she's cold, bland, or too business-like, then she tends to be much less attractive to me no matter how physically attractive she is.

On the performance side, her sexual personality, i.e. cuddling, hugging, responsiveness, etc. will either enhance or detract from my experience. Kind of goes to the whole GFE thing.  She can do everything to me and let me do everything to her, but if she is mechanical, then the experience is not as nice. Conversely, she could have limits on service, but if she is erotic and sensual while performing them, my experience is better.

A lady that you would normally rate a 7 on looks alone, can easily become an 8 or 9 if her attitude and personality make her come across as though she is really having a good time. Simple things can do so much.

On performance, obviously, what she does and how she does it will be effected by her sexy side. Again, simple things can do a lot.

Warmth and sensuality rate higher with me than just looks.

Appearance:   What I think of her in a first few minutes, looking at her etc.

Performance:  What I thought of her after the session was over.

For example, I have seen women who were an appearance of an 8 or 9, but after the session, the performance was subpar.  

I do not factor in attitude into appearance myself.
