First off, get your facts straight...she's working for us at night, she requested to have her name changed!  As you know many girls travel! And they work for other companies! Working for two agencies is done secretly because most agencies don't want girls working for other agencies on the side.  RSG will fire and ban any girl that works "indi" on the side.

I have seen many good providers use different names in different parts of the country, only to have their TER profiles merged by someone who notices pictures are the same.

More than one RGS girl told me about that policy back in my RSG days.

Jill may encourage girls to go indi, but will fire them if they do it on the side while still with RSG.

"Fire and ban" was for any girl that gave a guy her personal phone number.  At least that was the reason I was given to keep it secret when they gave me their phone numbers.

Jill is KNOWN for encouraging and helping girls to go indie.  She also is KNOWN for NOT treating them like property as some other agencies here do, and letting them work either indie or for another agency after hours.

If you have a personal problem with Jill,  you should keep it between the two of you and not bring it to the boards.

i saw their photos cher on backpage and against my better judgement i made the call. however after speaking with the girl on the phone who said she was cher i knew it was a scam of some sort. the woman sounded kind of rough on the phone so i did not go.

once in awhile i make the right decision

i have used room service girls and jill has been great to work with and the girls are not bad. i do know for a fact jill does not care if they work for another agency AS LONG as it is in a different city. i dont think she would allow one girl to work for two agencies in the same city at the same time.
