I tried using BI about two years ago. The agency did a poor job answering the phones and (when I finally got through on the phone) did not offer availability on dates advertised. I don't think it was because they were too busy.
Gave up on them after my 3rd attempt.
As others have said, there are plenty of good agencies to pick from. Eastern Companions was the best for customer satisfaction. Ahh..the good-old-days.
Pretty girls mind you but the performance was horrible.
Leena booted me out the door after 15 min of a 1/2 appt.
Anya had the attitude of not wanting to be there.
Very dissapointed in that BI didn't even really care when I called them with my complaints. I said I felt cheated and their response was "it happens in life."
I know agencies in Los Angeles that I've used in the past when I rec'd a less than stellar girl they either discounted my next visit or gave me the next one on the house.
Did I expect too much in the customer service dept?
One has spotty reviews and the other has none. My first question would be why did you book a second appointment with an agency that you got no satisfaction from after the first bad appointment?
I don't think you are expecting too much. I've never used Boston Int and I know nothing about them. What I DO know however is that I wouldn't have given them a second chance. There are far too many good options agency-wise in Boston. .
I've not used BI but they are on my radar. I would certainly utilize the reviews posted here before seeing someone tho.
Lastly post an honest review so others can see your experience.
As for what you expect, I dunno. There's two sides to every story so who knows what Leena or Anya told BI about you. You mentioned that Leena 'booted' you out the door, was there a reason?

I did a little research. Both are listed for massage, not escort, and not GFE. Did you confuse the services offered, or did you plug that into your expectations, evaluations, and responses? If you were not clear on the services offered, I can see a potential for dispute. I don't think BI does a good job of making clear the services offered by some providers on their web site. I don't expect much from massage appointments, and consequently rarely use such services. Usually providers who don't want to offer escort/GFE services are less comfortable in the business than those who do. They are probably in the wrong business, but some hobbyists seem to enjoy massage providers. To each his own.
Here's my 2 cents: I've seen several of BI's ladies, both for massage and for escort, and I'd say they're a solid, reliable second tier agency. Only a couple of their ladies (and I've reviewed a number of BI girls) are close to the average provider quality of, for example, Bella Donna, and their massage-only ladies do tend to have lots of limits (like, with the Russian gals, no touching below the waist), but the BI girls seem to understand that they're one of the higher-priced local agencies, and so the girls are obviously trained to be sensitive to client service. But, yes, a couple have been duds, and on average I'd have to say that with BI the fee isn't based on a mind-blowing experience but on the level of beauty of most of their girls -- the "eye candy" factor. (In terms of performance, I'd say that Roomservice is almost always a better bet.)
My experiences with BI have only been good. But I haven't ever used their massage services.
In particular I found the person answering the phone to be polite, clear and understanding. I've never called to complain but I've never felt the need.
Because my experiences with BI have been good, they are probably my first choice among the Boston Agencies. Though clearly its more about the provider than the agency.
I tried BI for the first time this weekend and spent time with newbe Natalia. Although she was NTTB, she was extremely hot and sweet, and very receptive. I was not disappointed, and was very pleased overall.
Also they were very helpful in booking since I had some time constraints on my day.
Sorry that your experiences with BIE have not been good.
I have used BIE twice, and saw Valerie on both occasions. I found the agency easy to deal with. They were courteous on the phone, the appointments were on time, Valerie was young & hot, and I had a great time on both occasions.
Personally, I will keep using them, but will stick with their well-reviewed providers.
Sorry you had such a bad experience with BI. My experiences have been the exact opposite. Leena is actually one of my favorite massage girls there as she has a smoking hot body that is tight enough to bounce quarters off of. Plus she rubs me the right way (pun intended).
