While the repeat of the ISO is not particularly offensive, the inclusion of a specific "act" in each request is a red flag befitting Moscow or Beijing.

"Happy411" can easily get VIP status and do the research himself.  OR perhaps he is wearing a fine "blue suit" and looking for help with his "collar".

I don't speak for providers anywhere, but I wouldn't respond publicly or privately to an explicit request like this one under any conditions.

If the same poster called an Indy or Agency and said "I'm looking for a great massage and a BBBJ", he'd get dial-tone.  Same goes here, so why keep asking?
