You should assume they're all fakes and scams until you can find otherwise.

Check their pictures using Tineye.  If you don't get a match, I'd say 50/50 that the girl matches the picture.  Slightly better if it is a self portrait using a mirror and a phone camera.

If you get a match on Tineye, the girl that answers the door could be anyone but the girl in the picture.
