My point is that they stated that the new policy would attract lots of new talent but it clearly hasn’t. I have no idea if bookings are down but given how quiet the usually busy forums are, I’m willing to bet that their new policy isn’t going as planned and many members may be voting with their wallets and getting BBBJ included in the service elsewhere, like it is at almost every other agency given that many have already cut back on hobbling due to inflation.
I know that the situation in Russia may be a factor but many of the ladies I’ve talked to over the years actually live stateside now contrary to the agency claiming that they’re coming in right from Europe at the beginning of their tour.

But with fewer associates circulating as of late, there’s bound to be a reduction in bookings overall, due to fewer opportunities especially in some cities. Note for example how few associates are active as of today—a big reduction compared to even a few weeks ago. IMO current events are making it difficult for XOC to find associates.
I too spend my money elsewhere unless the girl is really hot or I’ve seen her previously and know she’s good. The new girls lately have been mediocre despite the upcharge. Hopefully things pick up soon as far as new girls wanting to work.
XOC, Matchless Beauties and Russian Dolls all brought good talent at a reasonable price several years ago. The latter two are now defunct and although I browse XOC's offerings, it's rare that a tour matches my availability. In addition, with the price increase, I'm more likely to shop local where I can build a relationship with a hometown provider rather than spend money on a one-and-done touring Eastern European gal.

I've been a client for several years and they have always charged an extra $50 for CIM, but BBBJ was not charged for. Their rates went up a bunch already, so this increase makes it increasingly not seem like a good deal. BBBJ (and DFK) are deal-breakers for me.
The upcharge is confusing because there are some girls who will do CIM but not BBBJ. There are no general prostitution statutes on the Federal level. There are a few statutes that are very narrow in scope and nothing like the state statutes. I wouldn't worry too much about the Feds coming after individual clients and I doubt that they'd be getting numerous states involved in prosecutions of what are, generally, only misdemeanors.

Like a lot of these busts, it appears that they are going after the low hanging, provable, big penalty, criminal fruits: money laundering and tax evasion. Depending on the locale, a prostitution charge may be a misdemeanor or a felony. If it was me, because I'm paranoid, I'd probably change my hobby phone to a new model and number. Oh ... I actually did do that after the big AMP busts in NYC in ~2015. If you keep your old phone, even if it's anonymous, they can call you or find your location from cell tower info. I doubt that they'd put in any effort beyond that to find me or you.

The server/site is encrypted as noted in the article. I have no idea if they are able to break the encryption or what the defendants are willing to give up in exchange for lighter sentences I.e site access, client and assistant personal info. I know the server is overseas.
I don’t think changing your phone really makes a difference. If LE really wants to get you they can gather intel via your phone number, email, IP address, how ever you are verified, etc.

I feel you are definitely putting a bit much out there. Well first I should say, it was a super interesting read so thank you for that. That said, I have tons of stories too but please note some of the girls have moved on: for example, I know for a fact that is the case with one of the girls you named, who has been fighting to build a life as a political refugee because she renounced Russia and Putin after the Ukraine war started and got in trouble with the FSB. It’s a sad day indeed RIP XO, great times were enjoyed … I was with them since 2016 I don’t think LE will even bother with us clients as they hit the main fish and legit they care more about the money chargers that anything else. * looks like two girls were working with them, referred to as Person #1 (started touring May 2019) and Person #2 (started touring September 20). If, like me you never deleted any of the XO spam. there're some fun guesses who those two can be. This would be extra crazy if they were already helping with the investigation while fucking guys and touring. Of course, as we know this was never about the sex or "trafficking" anyway, just Uncle Sam is angry he did not get a cut of the proceeds.
My guess is that their poor vetting process ultimately lead to their downfall and allowed LE to trogan horse their way into the agency logistics. How many times did they announced a tour only for the girl to cancel at the very last minute or start and then "decide to quit"? And that is probably after they divulged a good portion of the agency workings to the girl before she even proved herself. They obviously weren't meeting a lot of these girls as a few had grossly inaccurate pictures that the agency seemed oblivious to until it was brought up to them by clients. Seems like there were many holes in their recruitment process, many joining via word of mouth from other XO girls. Some of them told me they were doing this in order to get their 'visa situation taken care of', whatever that meant.

I've never had the problems so many that do rely on the independents often report -- never had a sessions ghosted, never showed up to find a drunk or drugged out provider, never had someone try to rob me. Generally I've getting very good value for the money I spend. I've never had an agency ask for a deposit either.

+1. When my favorite TouringGirl unexpectedly closed, most of the girls were able to join other agencies after a few months. Some returned to their countries and never heard back. These girls are savvy enough to navigate challenges and can care for themselves.

Oh gosh, I sincerely apologize. I think I know what happen. I have someone that update the website for me. He has Nicole page saved a template. So every time we get a new model.
