Women with 100's of reviews typically accumulate them over a period of years. If you provide good service at a reasonable rate, you could likely be in that position, too. There are plenty of ladies out there that have many reviews but only take one or a few appts per day.
The more reviews a provider has, the larger the sample rate, thus, the more accurate the appearance and performance number will be, theoretically (there are certainly noted exceptions to this). I would be much more likely to take a chance on a woman who has many reviews and a high average "score", than a woman with few reviews, no matter what her average is.
Question for you: How are you "considered one of Boston's Best GFE's"?

Some providers get astronomical numbers which do not seem real to me. Here is one that I can't understand. Unless she looks totally different in person, I can't understand how she gets mostly 10's and a few 9's in looks. As for the mostly 10's in performance, I admit i have no personal experience with her, but find it hard to believe that most or her reviewers had an astronomical, "once in a lifetime" experience.
There were no 9s or 10s. There were many middling numbers like 5 or 6.

I did not believe/understand how Rae Monroe could get so many pages of 9/10's (mostly 10's) until I met her in person. I contributed another well earned 10 to her list.

There are two sides to each coin and for providers that prefer the content of their appointments to remain private, then that should be respected. Reviews or no reviews, if you provide a quality service at a fair price, you should prosper.

Other providers get lots of reviews and high scores because they have a clear idea of what they want from this business in their heads and execute to their goals. The OP is likely sitting beside a dead phone wondering when it will ring. She only need to look at her review history, and almost certainly, the attitude she takes with clients to find out why that phone does not ring.

I've had email conversations with providers who HATE the concept of reviews. When I tried to explain that I use them as one source of information to seek out compatibility, I was told that you can't find compatibility in fictional writing. Some people will only see things in their terms. I've even lost meeting opportunities because of this. I suppose I was deemed to be something less than desirable because I didn't agree.
I agree that the more sampling available may give a more accurate portrail of the provider.
Regarding the negative notion of someone having many reviews...Sticks and stones. Are we going to be judgmental?? Really?? In this hobby??
