This isn't perfect, but Search Reviews and enter only two parameters: (1) Location: Boston, MA (2) Agency/driver/indy: Agency. That will generate a list of recent reviews of Providers in the "Agency" category. There are a few choices, but that should help as a start (except for the Asian agencies).

You can also go to the "More searches" drop down menu and search (1) US (2) Boston (3) leave blank for all agencies. I'm only getting two hits, both current, but there are more than two. I think that agencies have to set up their own Agency Profile page so not every agency does it or knows to do it.

Read reviews of the agency Providers to get an idea of what their agency might expect of new staff members. (I can't see your website because it blocks my VPN, so I don't know the answer to the following Qs. Do you have a TER Profile / Reviews? Do you have any other ads (slixa, tryst, eros, ...)? )

If you are currently an indy in a certain price range, service range (sub-GFE, GFE, etc.), accustomed to a certain volume (low volume ... high volume), make sure that your and the agency expectations match up. The fee split is often in the 50:50 range but it varies. If the standard fee for an agency is X and you want more than X/2 you can't expect them to change their business model and drive away their regular clients. If an agency is known for great GFE service but you don't go there, the agency probably won't want to dilute their reputation. If an agency is more sub-GFE, management might be fine with a new GFE / PSE Provider but the other girls might resent it and feel under pressure to do more than they are comfortable doing. Most agencies require multiple appointments per shift (to cover their expenses), so if you are a "one per day" indy, that won't work at an agency.

Some agencies are strictly local and rep local Providers (and the occasional touring Provider) to local clients. Some agencies are "national" (or even int'l) and represent a bunch of Providers who tour all over the place. When a local guy asks, "Is that hotel near Copley?" the agent might say, "How do I know? I've never even been to Boston. I'm in Atlanta!" Do you normally tour?

I’ve done some research on my own, but no luck so I thought I’d try this. Any GOOD agencies in Boston? Interested in switching from Indy to being agency represented.
We don't know your reasons for wanting to switch from indy to agency but have you considered remaining indy but working with a booking agent / assistant? The booking agent / assistant takes care of the phone calls, emails, etc., but you remain indy.

Many are not keen on info into an agency due to the governments love of the take down of agencies.
Think about listing on other sites, like p411,slixa, etc.
Think about an assistant. Let them do the desk work and you be the best companion you can be.
A review or two here would help encourage new clients.
