I've been on few cruises and have often thought it would be great if there were providers available on the ship. Then I think that because these ships spend so much time in international waters maybe it is possible. I'm wondering if maybe the ship's concierge would have info along these lines. I can't be the first guy to think about this so I ask - Does anyone have any experience or knowledge about this?

Right. I wouldn't think they would make it common knowledge but just like a decent concierge in a good hotel can give a "little advice" or make a call on your behalf or tell you "what he's heard", it seems that the same could happen at sea. I'm hoping that someone here has already looked into it.
the most important thing is where the financial aspect of things has been taken care of. Often USA citizen envite me to the usa or other places because I am not a usa citizen myself. This means trnsaction takes place outsite their territory and so all takes place in usa territory is two adults enjoying eachother company.

i have had many massages on those ships too but i doubt u can get more, and who would you ask w/o fear of being let off at the next port....now picking up a nice single lady i have done but that's different
You may want to do some research as its still not legal in international waters.
Google "Sex tour operator convicted" in NY (just convicted last month)
This man was only selling tours where you could go buy a bar girl for the night which was legal in that country, and there was no mention of sex and he still got convicted in NY.
You may have to opt out for taking a provider on the cruise with you.
I've wondered about this too?? I'm sure the ship wont knowingly let a lady do this but like others said a cruise director might have some info??
But seems like the cost for a lady to book a cruise and then figure out how to get enough business to cover the cost wouldn't make it very practical? But if she is on a cruise for her own enjoyment then advertises to help offset the cost....
