How about a separate board for the ladies to post their schedules on. The advantages being for the ladies, not having their schedules lost  in the shuffle that the've posted last week (as you may know we are allowed one per week).
For the gents this would offer an adantage of clicking on to find their fav. instead of sifting through posts...

I'm actually surprise the revenue-minded folks at TER haven't thought of this.  This could be done using time-stamp technology so that a moderator was largely unnecessary on an ad board.

There are already "other" places for this exact purpose.  CityVibe, BackPage and Eros come to mind, as does CL.  Some of those are "pay-per" sites and some offer premium listing services for a fee.

Imagine a TER review in a TER profile that points back to a TER ad board.  Perhaps a TER personal webloc will be the 4th cornerstone.  Go figure.

FWIW, the absence of provider participation in the discussion forums may change the TER landscape a bit, but a cross-link function between ad space and discussion space could serve the purpose of keeping gents "engaged", so to speak.

As someone who generally can only set up meetings last minute or same day I think this is a great idea.
