What goes through your mind ?

What do you say to her ?

What could she possibly say that would ease your
mind ?

Maybe it would help the situation if she said that shes sorry but she really didn't intend to remove her slacks.

Unless you are absolutely certain of what it is that you are dealing with (ie psoriasis) then get checked out by your doctor and get it taken care of before continuing in the hobby.

I'm not a doctor and don't play one on TV but being especially cautious and proactive in removing all concern when it comes to sharing your body with another makes perfect sense to me.

I have developed this rash that resulted in some blotches on my arms, and on my legs.  They are more than a small mark.  What is etiquette when calling and having a session?

I would be happy to meet up, keep my shirt on, etc.  But what is the best way to navigate it.

I would probably get it taken care of first, then go hobbying.

But I quess being open and honest about it might be the first step.

I would cancel the appt if you showed up with an unexplainable rash and did not tell me prior to the appt
I would not make an appt with you if you told me before hand that you had an unexplainable rash.

you are making a choice for someone elses comfort level if you choose to see her without being honest.
Until you have seen a Dr you Don't know what it really is, you are juust guessing.

It's been tested and treated. It's psoriasis.
