i just happened to scroll through a few sites such as back page, cityvibe, eros ect and noticed some providers donations are a little more after 5pm.Some of guys whom either run a bussines, dont get out of work till 5 or arrange later appointment due to traffic.I would say its only a few providers but just wanted to ask.

It's possible that you're looking at this backwards. Look at it as the rates are lower during the day, rather than that they are higher at night. They might have a harder time filling slots earlier in the day. Many businesses like theaters, restaurants, etc., have daytime specials because the volume of customers isn't what it is at night. Just a thought.

As a provider, (oh and back in the business) I have noticed a lot of traffic after 5:00! Aside from lunch breaks, there are a lot of horny dudes that would love a relaxing, sensual massage and an  erotic evening cafeteria work!

electric utilities are probably the best know example.  No reason why providers would not give a discount during slow hours, or charge a premium during peak usage hours.

My rates are the same always. I do wish though that if someone were seeking an appointment for 5pm and later; they would call sometime during the day Earlier. I can not tell you how many times I have packed it up for the day; drove home (which is pretty far) and the phone rings at 6pm for a 630 or 7pm.
Even if the schedule says 12-10; if the client hasnt called to make arrangements for an evening appt by 5 then its usually a no go for me.
