I think Coachy is referring to this lady visiting from the SF area.  She has multiple reviews, mostly awful, which can be found by searching on TER under her name.  There is also debate about whether or not she is actually the person in the photographs.  Stay clear!!

If it is a girl from SF and/or with a Seattle number most definitely avoid.  She created a bit of stir in SF a while back with some absolutely stunning photos however the photos are quite dated 7-10 years and those 7-10 years have not been kind to her.
