I think some girls rotate through the hotel right there, but I don't know of anything permanent right in that area.  However, the Quincy Adams MBTA stop is right at the corner of Center and Burgin Pkwy.  It's on the red line so you could get right into downtown Boston easily.  If you didn't want to go all the way in town, there are few AMPs in Quincy, but I don't believe any are FS.
