quick question

and I hope it's not to dumb. Does anyone think it's a problem when the provider does not ask for references or even a basic question about what you do. I called a provider, and she was very nice, and we set something up for an hour later, but I got a bad feeling. Any opinions?

Also, I should add, that, I didn't find any reviews on her, and when I asked her why she didn't have any, she said she changed her name and number,I didn't have time to ask for old info because she said she'd call me back, because she didn't know where she was going to be staying.

No Screening, No Reference request and No reviews?
Did you find her on Craig's List?

Not a dumb question at all but, IMHO, not worth the risk.

No, she is on eros, but didn't know if it was proper to say her name.

Sounds bogus to me.  Definitely not worth the risk, when there are so many other reviewed women out there, both visiting and local.

The biggest trap that guys fall for on Eros (or  Cityvibe, for that matter), is to be so taken by the woman in the picture that they are willing to risk it even without any reviews or other verifying information.  When I do eventually see reviews posted on these "mystery women", they are usually in the 1 to 5 range.  In other words, not the woman they saw in the photo, and not the service they were led to believe that they would be getting.

OK, so it wasn't a quick answer... but worth considering, nonetheless.

OK, Eros is better than CL but still loaded with bait and switch  nowadays. I wouldn't see any lady on Eros without reviews on TER. There are dozens of well reviewed agency and indie girls in Boston. There is just no reason to roll the dice on an unknown.
